Mavin shows the evidence it finds and the questions still open, so you can see how strong the record is. When a piece needs it, you can add a specialist's inspection to the record.
Mavin finds recent sales and current listings for comparable pieces, labels each one, and brings them to an estimated value and range with a confidence level. It is a reading of the market on the day, and it updates as the market moves.
A 0 to 1,000 read on how strong and complete a piece's record is. Photographs, papers, provenance and market evidence all move it up.
Only you. Your collection is private by default, you can hide values everywhere, and sharing is always your decision.
